High frequency vibrations of a handlebar-mount will ruin anything that moves or can move, hence a focusing lens system also.

Turns out Toys2Go makes some nice soft luggage products as well, I didn't know that.
Bought this, a small handlebar bag for a few tools plus a pouch for a phone which faces you like the dash does, ideal when using the GPS.
Zero hard mounts as the material dampens high frequency vibrations, hence even my iPhone phone should last.
2 zippers to open, 4 velcro straps to remove the bag, PVC-lined which looks splash-proof to me, black or blue, a handy thing to have.
