Indicators on the 800
« on: May 25, 2019, 06:04:32 pm »
Anyone thought of changing the position/placement of the indicators on the 800? I see groot kak coming when I tip over.  :lol8:

I moved mine when I fitted tank protection. Very glad I did, both the tank protection bars and the relocation after a fall or 4 offroad.
Without the bars I was planning to copy a guy in USA who mounted them on the screen bracket( the adjustable screen (pre2019) makes it easier)

Hi McKraken. Are those Hepco & Becker - where did you source them ?

Yes they are. I ordered them from cytech and fitted them myself. Very glad I did as they saved my tank already. Little bit of a  fiddly install but overall I'm very happy with them. Best part is that the OEM lower bars stay in place.

Only noticed this now.
As you saw on my bike, I put Barkbusters on, and then used their LED units that fit onto the hand guards.
Working will so far...
Barkbusters VPS with "Accessory LED Amber light" for indicators at the top and "Accessory LED White light" at the bottom for running lights.
