I received a sms stating I have a traffic fine from empd..
Question is it legal so send a notification via SMS or must it be via registered post?
Problem is I have got into the site and emailed the doc to myself as i could not make it out via cellphone,
Question.. does this then constituted the fine to be delivered?
The infringement happened early in May 800 skille nogal..
