Our Adventure bike trip in the Eastern Cape highlands
« on: June 19, 2019, 08:18:33 am »
With the long weekend beckoning in June we decided to take our partners on a little adventure up to Rhodes. On route we tackled the Otto Du Plessis, Naude's Nek, Bastervoet Pad and Barkly Passes.
Bastervoet Pad is bad at the moment and quite tricky with a big adventure bike, kit and a passenger. Had to work hard in some sections.

I put together a little video of our trip.

Drinking rum before 10am in the morning makes you a pirate, not an alcoholic.

Nice trip and respect for doing it with a pilion!
I like it when I see guys act responsibly by rather checking and walking bike through than taking a chance and getting hurt!
Well done :thumleft:
