Headlight/dash mount screws backing out

So I had that happen on Monday.  On a ride suddenly it seemed like my whole front clip/dash was bouncing around like mad.  Stopped at the destination and there was 1 screw left out of 4!!!

Even the one external air-filter which screws in under the headlight had been popped out!! 


I guess liberal loctite is the way to prevent this?  Got the screws now but FAST didn't have stock of the little bucket washers.  Will have to go look somewhere else.
