For some time now I have been looking to find a suitable venue Land or building to house a large collection of world class motorcycles and race cars in or around Sourhern Suburbs of Cape Town

The immediate goal is to house around 150 world class bikes and around 15 exotic cars in an environment that could house a brewery / restaurant / craft environment on / close to the tourist route

Purchase of land is almost an absolute prerequisite as is location. Virgin Land may be considered but nowhere close to informal environments and squatters

Any suggestions ?

All suggestions welcome / need probably 400 m plus more likely 800m
