Help wanted GP - XT Adventures

Hey everyone, we (XT Adventures) are currently in Joburg and plan to head towards Botswana soon. The problem we have is that the rubber bushings of the handlebar of my Yamaha XT660R are worn out (bike has over 137’000km on the clock). A new part (whole clamp as Yamaha doesnt provide the bushings) takes 3 weeks to get here. The Bike Hospital has nothing to offer so we were wondering if anyone has an idea where to get (maybe fabricate just the bushings?) the clamp or just bushings a bit quicker?
