By appearances minimal damage.
A scratched akra and bent gear lever.
Bike is at ktm, so as i know more, i will update.

Jannie at Raceworx already said the damage is next to nothing. They will do deep/proper assessment Monday/Tuesday

Good man, made sure the bike sustained the least of the damage.

Ahoy motherfuckers!
Happy to report i am still hard to kill.

I was on william nicol, turned westward (left) onto peter place.
Single lane in my direction next to jaguar.
Vehicle exited jag, stopped, as he went past i continued, 30m later car travelling in same direction executed a u- turn with no warning.
Bam and down.
Like all motorcycle accidents IT WAS MY FAULT AS THE BIKER.
We know the risk and still take it..
5 broken ribson the 1 side, and 2 on the other- flail chest.
Far from ideal, but with so many quality hospitals around, not a train smash.

. Thank you Operator. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
And thank you  again.
As usual way beyond wildest dreams or expectations.

Thanks for all the good wishes guys.
I am so grateful that i will even accept them from my arian buddy Oom Danie.
By the way, my nurse is black, and i didn't get a hard on during my bed bath.
Does this make me gay or a racial supremasist?

Forget about me losing the bike Welsh.
There will, no doubt, be compromise.
But, i.did not suffer a head injury.

Just so long it's not "Bavarian" buddy. :thumleft: :thumleft:

Definitely the face is the worst injury, and a burden i shall bear the rest of my earthly days.
Incredibly i cannot feal it at all.
The only thing i do feel is the shame of all the stares, the gasps and cringes of women, and the hysterical wailing of children.
I fear i may lose my hard fought sobriety.

Ah hospital party. When they ask your pain level 1-10, go for 12. I saw paintings melt

I've had a rib broken before, only a single one. An agonising few months to heal completely. I feel for you, Ganjora, with multiple broken ribs. Eish, strongs boet.

The face... eish, what can I say except, "I'm sorry nę". ;D

Slap her until she comes to her senses - she's obviously lost it.
Not a clenched fist mind you.
With an open hand they understand that it is merely discipline from a place of love.
And never in the face.
The bruises distract me during sex.

Well if you're still getting some, the face cant be that bad. But surely the ribs must be putting a temporary damper on it.  :eek7:

I remember a couple of weeks 'sleeping' in a recliner chair with soft pillows wedged around my body.

No fun, hope it soon gets better for you.
