Stay as far as possible away from these people.
We have been doing bussines with them for years, spend 100's of thousands of rands with them, with hassle free and incredible service, but that has all gone to shit.I have ordered and paid for tanks in Feruary already, and just cannot get the product or a refund from them.At first they would respond to Emails and tell me the tanks are enroute, and they are waiting for stock.I got half the order from them in April, and then everything just stopped.
Email just gets answered by an automated response and there it stops.No matter how many times you mail them that is the answer.Then I got a phone number for a Daniel Pfeffer who is there customer relations manager, but he should be in the South African government, yes, that level of service.
So now they have my money and their tanks, and we are in South Africa and they are in the USA.
So fuck them. Forever.
