Your bike is one of the coolest, if not thee coolest 990 I've laid eyes on  :drif:

Sad about a tourist being murdered.

Any more details such as where the tourist was from, male or female, robbery, random shooting?  :'(

Thanks Big Oil, your bike is great too! Here's a report on the incident https://www.iol.co.za/capeargus/news/son-of-ukrainian-hiker-murdered-on-chapmans-peak-will-never-visit-sa-30019070

Very sad, appears as if the perps lied in wait, in the bushes, and killed the father of 3 for a few possessions.  :'(

All are beautiful, DB.  Thank you for sharing  :thumleft:

I also have one of those GSA's in my garage, found it, a museum quality 2004 in Misery (that's Missouri for you), last Autumn.

Mine had 9,100 miles on it, iirc., on purchase date.  I enjoy riding the old girl, less electronics, easy effortless torque.

Mine is a few things short of perfection, a pair of Wilbur's or Ohlins shock absorbers, a different seat, and a throttle lock or electronic cruise control.
