Torque Wrench
« on: July 26, 2019, 06:43:23 pm »
I wish to borrow a Torque Wrench that can torque these values 18NM and 52NM and it should be 1/4 size from someone around Gauteng but not as far as Pretoria.  I have one that can do the larger value, but not one that can do the smaller value.

I will forever appreciate, and maybe invite you to a braai and a beer  :lol8: :pot:

I think 52nm will break a 1/4" torque wrench.  Rather use a bigger job with an adapter.

Not sure I understand.

Nevertheless, I don't need an adapter or an extension.  The torque I have starts from 20NM which then accommodates my 52NM, but I have also to torque a value of 18NM which is less than what my torque wrench can provide for, hence, the request for one with a smaller value.

This is what I have
