Maybe he's just used to first world standards where the supplier of a product/service actually delivers what the customer is paying for. Maybe you bunch of moaners on here (saying he should rather not be riding then - and/or supporting BMW) are just used to typical South African low/lack of standards  :pot:

If the lack of a proper gear indicator impedes you from properly judging accelerating power and torque delivery you should most certainly not be on a bike!  Perhaps you are judging his riding ability against the average SA taxi drivers?   :peepwall: :ricky:

He already has a BMW..... :ricky:

Those hang tits have nipples for him to suck on?

That was quick, from a faulty gear indicator to hang tits with nipples, impressive :pot:

C'mon - everyone knows he's just listing every possible scenario that this could cause to increase his chances of a successful court case. His claims will in any event be tested in a court of law. This has nothing to do with his abilities to ride a bike - you know that - so it's a cheap shot from your side.

Thinking back, my first bike (1961) had a gear position indicator. A dial and pointer on top of the gearbox. I never knew whether it was working properly because to check it meant taking your eyes off the road and leaning down towards it for a good five seconds at least. How dangerous is that?  :eek7:

Shit, why do I never think of anything, I could have instigated a class action lawsuit. I coulda been rich!  :deal:

they should be sued.

What's the latest on the stansions? Have the forks been improved, or are the still capped and crimped? :pot: :peepwall:

Laat my dink aan my dowe oom. Jy kan hom mooi verduidelik wat die regte verloop van omstandighede is, maar hy gaan altyd terug na sy “default setting”.

BM riders are really a special kind of people but in saying that at the price of those things I would also want it to work.

Manufacturers are notorious for not taking responsibility due to liability....let’s think Toyota with fortunes that roll at the site of a gravel road, fords that spontaneously combust or bmws that don’t show the correct gear.

This guy got to the end of his patience I reckon and some type stuff of ppl like things to work as intended otherwise it causes them stress. This guy is probably this type of persona.

I can tell you, lawyers don’t go to these lengths unless they see an opportunity to win. Bet it’s resolved with undisclosed amounts changing hands.

If this is an issue then BMW really should sort it. My cheapie Kwak is uber reliable
