i see Ryan Villapoto is coming to SA , he will be racing the SA Mx national at Terra Topia  in october :thumleft:

I haven't heard that name since they took the american racing off TV. He was super fast, unbeatable back then. What's he been up to?

Great news, yes he won a number of US championships then went over to the World MX series and had an injury or two as well. Pretty quiet after that.

There is a very good You Tube one hour movie on villapoto, which gives very good insight into his life, and growing up issues.  Interestingly enough, his personal trainer is a South African boytjie, and he was the guy who got Villapoto back after his big injuries
