Elbow op last night was a difficult one with lots of screws holding it together. You know when the surgeon calls your injuries horrific that they were pretty severe but he recons all the repairs went very well.

Now just one more op to close the holes where I had open fractures but draining them first and next op will probably be next week thursday

Sat up with feet on the floor already today. Physio is hard core

Physio made me stand for the afternoon session

Shit just saw this now. Not good man but glad you still kicking and will get better. Take your time and do your physio and it will become a war story of the past to talk about. Get well soon and stay positive. You will have down days but those will pass so enjoy the rest and work through the physio which can also be a bastard sometimes..  ;D :thumleft:  :thumleft:
