I have taken a few weeks sabbatical from WD's and come back to this thread. Just spent the last hour or so reading through it. Bloody hell , what a prang Jaco!
Welcome to the heavy metal club. I still have the iron mongery in my leg (13 screws & a plate) and its not the greatest but I get by.

I can only imagine the pressure you're feeling after that really mean foot incident and now this. Sterkte, treat it like a rally.
One stage at a time. Try to see pain as your old friend, it worked for me. Its going to be sore in any situation so make the decision to not let it control you. Even if that doesn't work it might keep you entertained for a bit.

Keep that smile up, and keep posting. Just because you are out of trauma does not mean you are out of trauma.  :3some:

Hoe't jy geweet?

Keep yourself busy so that the boredom doesn't set in....and keep going hard at the physio bud!
If in doubt, flat out.
