Spraying bike wheels

i have a pair of bike wheels where the paint is coming off, anybody knows where a good spraypainter in WC or someone the does these wheels, i saw on you tube to do it ,but too much for me...

Spraying them should not be too complicated,  spaying them may be a bit more complicated  :biggrin:

What about the good old Card and Straw method ?

Anyone that sprays a rim using a card and straw technique must surely have blou draad to hold his bike together .  :pot: :imaposer:
