How often do these need replacing.
Im busy rebuilding a 2018 husky FC450 for my friend and noticed that the clutch finer plates have excessive wear not on the fibre itself but on the fibre plates where it locks into the clutch basket.
The wear on the fibre plates where they lock onto the clutch basket is so bad that im replacing all the fibre plates.
Seems like worn clutch damper rubbers was the cause.
The bike have 144h on and was serviced as scheduled.
Bike was not abused or ridden excessively hard but the damper rubbers was totally shot.
This had me concerned so I called my good friend Losper and said he should bring his bike over so i can open it up and see what his looked like.
The clutch fibers had hardly any wear on it but his damper rubbers was also shot, his bike is now on 80hours.
