Hey you okes get sensitive :iamwithstupid:

I got invited to ride with 3 okes that have KLR's that had planned to ride Saturday.
Idea was early ride to get back before church.
We left PE @ 5AM and met up at Rocklands garage at 5h30.
Followed elandsriver road to north of Patensie.
Stopped at padlangs but they were still closed.
Road to dam and back passed padlangs (still closed) and stopped at Tolbos in Patensie.
Had great patensie breakfast.
Realised too late for church will go to evening service.

Split at hankey, two okes had to go back. One to work and one to beer fest.

We followed road past golf course and linked up on main road just before Loerie.

When we road past the turn off to longmore forest we decided to check if the road was open.

Saw this strange orange monster following us.

Turned out to be quite a nice Wild dog dude named Bakkies
See http://www.wilddog.za.net/forum/index.php?topic=24057.0 for his side of the story from there.

More pics

BTW the first one in the RR was overlooking the sandriver dam at ±06h00.
The air was nice and cool but still damp and misty.
The poor guy behind me got my dust which was then immediately turned to mud from the mist. :imaposer: :imaposer:
Sorry no pic of that.

Boys will be Boys.
And girls are darn thankful for that

Hey Dumper  :pot: it's Bakkie not Bakkies  >:(
There are no short cuts to anywhere worth going!
Performance is paramount, niceties only exist if it doesn't affect performance.

Don't rush it, it's helmet time you need, not a destination. Take it easy.
