Heritage Day Ride & Braai
« on: October 10, 2019, 12:48:13 pm »
So a couple of days before Heritage Day I thought it might be a nice idea to go for a ride and take some wors in my backpack and have a bit of a braai next to the road somewhere out in the bush

So I bounced the idea of a spontaneous ride and braai in one of the Wattsap groups that I belong to and a couple of mates said they'd be keen to join.

A week or two ago on a previous ride I'd spotted an interesting looking track that seemed to snake down the side of the mountain overlooking Nagle Dam to the Umgeni River, so I thought that might make a cool braai spot.

On the way there:

How can I be lost if I've got nowhere to go?
