Ramius
Race Dog
Morning guys,
I've came across a crack on the throttle body cable cam (which is made of plastic unlike the earlier models which were metal).
After some googling I realized this is a relatively known issue on the 1200's, but I couldn't find any mention of this issue on Wilddogs (or am I missing it somewhere?)
If the the crack leads to failure you will be stranded. Maybe good idea to check them every now and then.
Anyway, I fixed mine with epoxy and a flat washer as seen in the pics.
For reference, this bike is a 2007 model std 1200GS.
