Aaah, @BuRP  now that's the sort of advice I'm looking for! So if i let the engine warm up for a good 5 minutes or so would that be better for the bike? it's just over 2kms each way.
I do see that these bikes keep their value for quite a while, which is nice.

get a Mountain bike  :laughing4:

That is some valuable information. Thank you for that!

I rode the 701 the entire morning today and it was a serious blast! A little stiff on the road coz my ass started hurting after 3 hours or so but so fun and really torquey down low.
Feel like I should never have ridden it though because the 250 will feel so pap now lol.
So much to do, so little time. Better get going then!

I stay in Pinetown, I'd like to keep it for more than a week.
So much to do, so little time. Better get going then!
