690 fork adjuster knob replacement
« on: November 01, 2019, 05:26:19 pm »
Bought some trick bright orange ones to bling my bike.
How do I put them on?
If I turn the screw that holds the stock ones on the screw also turns the knob.
Do I turn all the way left until the clicker won't turn anymore, then twist the screw out?
Same process in reverse to install?
Will anything jump out when I pull off the stock clicker?
Help!

I think you could start by reading the instructions?  :peepwall:

:imaposer:  Guess the OEM will make it faster ... well than the Suzuki anyway.

It is the usual beginning.
These had none.
Thankfully I took a photo of them in the orange wrapping so you can see.
I think it's a case of it being so simple, no instructions are required.

Shucks, if opening that packet is a chore in itself then there's no hope left......
