No one saw that coming. No big announcements or Teasers,

Yes there was one, a huuuuge one in fact..... them releasing the SP!
Same bike but for some fancy suspenders, it never made any sense to me.
Turns out that sold their excess bikes before they 'leaked' the new-bike announcement  ;)  - which sounds promising indeed, about bloody time too!
Who would have though eh, a Honda ruling the power stakes?
Hey Kawa bru, asleep at the wheel my men?  :lol8:

H2 and H2R

The Kawa will win, dragging a CBR behind it. O0

Your are right but Honda are talking about WSBK no forced induction allowed.

Yes, the Kawas are supercharged, and that puts them out of any competition.

Anyway, that Blade will run circles around the H2's on a track.

First commercial/production bike I've seen that shows you the lean angle (I may have missed others previously).

This is probably going to encourage people to push the lean-angle limit. Better keep it insured...

I agree.... but geez, Kawa upping the power-stakes of 1000cc/4cyl's with a whopping 50% still takes the cake, forced induction or not: flippin' FIFTY % more!
They used to do this often, beating their opposition into submission with more power, a touch they seemed to have lost of late - but the H2R brought that back!  :thumleft:
Bitofakwakkerfan here, scuse me  :P

Curious what this new Blade will do, no doubt it is intended to win SPB again .... and if Honda announced it as such then the others need to worry!
Mind, it's not really necessary that it will sell heaps when released, in fact that may only start to happen once it's at the front of the super's starting grids.

interesting how quickly the winglets made it from motogp to the road.

If you're referring to the front one's on the side of the faring........Ducati 999 had them in 2003 already.

Albeit a little more subtly sized.....

I've heard that Honda is also bringing out new v4 to compete with the Ducati in wsb. Should be good - Honda has a long history with v4's......!

They first need to beat Rea...... not even Bautista/Ducati could run the pace for a full season against KRT and JR....

HRC will have their work cut out.... ;)

I am also a Kawa fan, since the early 70's!
