I'm so f0cking pissed off I can sh_t in my pants!!
I got Tudinutchi's Scott Steering damper with tripple clamp, Pro Action removed it off his bike and they broke 2 bolts off because they eroded, no worries as it happens, but the said they will send it to the engineering company and it will be ready this week Wednesday.
Tuesday my first call to them, no it is with the Eng. company and will get it back asap. THEY WILL CALL ME...
Wednesday I call again, no it's not ready yet. THEY WILL CALL ME PROMISE....
Thursday i didn't call nor did they.
Today I call at 08h30, they promise me the driver is going to fetch it now... THEY WILL CALL ME....
Well you guessed no call... I call them again 10min ago.... "ooo sorry sir the enginering company was too busy it will only be ready next week Tuesday!! That tells me they haven't touched it yet!!
