Can any body shed light on where to buy a rather large kidney belt around 5 xl

Have you had a look at shops like Game and Makro? I long back had found a very nice one at Game that I still use (though not too large).

Just a small bit of advice, the normal kidney belts tend to ride up and never stay where they are needed, I found a belt at Sportsmans warehouse that is made of a sticky rubber and it stays put, and was a lot cheaper too. It's called Body Sculpture
