I understand there are some MEGA Seasonal Roadblocks this Afternoon on the N1 North and South at Sunninghill and at Olifantsfontein, so watch out guys hundreds of cops and spiked tyre traps etc.  :o

Was stuck in it on my way back from PTA earlier.
Fucking mayhem on the road.
They were checking all traffic going from n1 south to n3 south by cell c building.
1 &1\2 hours from Brooklyn to Rosebank.

Ek verstaan die beginsel van roadblocks en hoekom dit nodig is.  Maar my fok, op die N1 ?  Of die N3 ? Daar is beter maniere maar daarvoor moet mens seker spietkops kry wat 'n brein het.
ek dra vandag my screen saver

I think last year in Dec about 10 000 drivers without drivers licence at all were stopped and fined and let go. Hope they let them go on foot this year and cars impounded. :deal: >:(

My one driver got stopped 6 times yesterday and ended up having to pay a bribe to one oke who wanted to impound the bakkie because he was carrying "hazardous goods" (he wasn't).

I did similar mileage to him yesterday in a bakkie, carrying drums as well, and never got pulled over once.  They go for soft targets.

I hope you give that driver a huge bonus.  Most would have just said: "Take the bakkie."
