We need  the committee to make decisions on where to channel the funds collected and on objectives, etc.  We need to have a charter / manifest document to open an account and the committee memebers must approve the members with signing powers on the account.

This is all to make sure that the whole start out as and stay legit.

I want everything as transparant as possible.  All above board.

Thanks Mark.   Much appreciated.  Must get the bank )(*&)(*&)(*& sorted.  One would swear you want to STEAL their money.  No up front appointment.  You must go sit there wait your turn as if in the army.  Not negotiable.  And I must bring a wheelbarrow full of paperwork.  Idiots!!

Thanks so much for the offer.  Please PM me your details, because they are really giving me so much nonsense so far that I am climbing the walls.  At this stage they can't even agree on exactly what documentation I need to open the account.

Anyone of the committee members that can be at Nedbank Centurion on Saturday 9 o'clock, please let me know.  Plothond made a very good point in saying that any 2 signatories should be able to sign.  If you limit it to just a few, it makes it very difficult to update.  It is such a schlep, I want to spend as little time as possible at the damn bank.

As many committee members as posssible must come and sign the constitution, please.  Shall we make it at Drinks Friday?  Where?  Bosvelder?  Midrand Dros?
