Extended bash plate question

I can get hold of a bashplate as in the picture. I see it has two more mounting holes at the rear, where the catalytic converter resides.

I don't have such a mounting bracket.

Would it be ok to fit only on the 4 standard holes?

My concern is that the rear part might vibrate or place strain on the 4 standard mounting bolts if the rear part is not also secured to the bike

I have heard there is a type of bracket the bolts onto the frame above the catalytic converter but have no ideas what it looks like or where to source one.

Any advice? Ok to use without or absolutely must have it fitted?
