I'm keen to start doing basic servicing on my fairly recently acquired 2007 650GS (21 000km). I'm based in PE (but moved here recently) and was wondering if anyone has suggestions for where to get aftermarket spares & lubes: oil filter (kit?), oil etc. Also, any advice on whether I should change the fork oil on this bike (it's had very little gravel/offroad miles)? I don't have too much info on previous services but it seems as if they were done regularly by reputable firms (but not by BMW agents). Finally, any advice on what type/where I should get a torque wrench (do I really need one?).
