GS Trophy International - Tunisia. Why no SA participation?????

I was reading the Citizen about 10 min ago. And saw this in the CitiBike section.

My question to BMW SA is why SA did not take part? Maybe Tazzman or HentieBM have an answer? If not, ask the question of the relevant people.
