Why, the man is looking for a "plastic bike", and as far as I understand it plastic bikes should not be heavy  ???  It was posted earlier on that the Djebel weighs 118kg, and that is not so light compaired to a KDX 200 or a CFR 250.

and who is GSholic?

GSholic was n moerse nice and goodlooking Senior Member on this Forum a while back............ ::)

In fear of sounding like my location-mate, CPT Slow (nee nie lokasie nie, ligging soos in PE) ::) - I need some usefull info from the members.

I would like to get myself an addition to the GS.  The GS is a very, very nice bike but has its limitations.  Hence I decided not to upgrade to a GSA but rather invest the moolas in another more fit for purpose yster.

My criteria

A bike that I can thrash on the single tracks (Enduro Style)
Something that I do not have to put on a tailer to take somewhere (Roadworthy)
250 or 450 - no bigger
4 stroke
Relatively cheap

I've looked at the WR 250 & 450 which is not roadworthy, not sure if it can be made RW thou... ???

Some comments and suggestions will be much appreciated.

Thanks
Jacques

Plastic bike?

WR450 having it put on the road is no problem. change the 14t counter sprocket to a 15 and she will cruise 120kph the whole day.  You will have tons of fun. the WR450 has a proven reliable 450 engine.. its probably one of the most reliable 450's available.

I dont regret buying mine.
