@johanp  i prepared food with mine tonight but donner it goes right into the chopping board because its so heavy.

Haha yeah, itís got quite a bit of heft to it. Iíll be trying it out soon, I just need to find a worthy piece of biltong, then Iíll try it out on kitchen duty.
