Ordering a Lansky sharpener and I like free shipping (the knife guy)

What do I add to cart . . .

KIZER DOMIN V4516N2
OR
Civivi Elementum C907M/Y . . .
Stroom op!

Tough one @Tman21

Which one do you like the most?

Both have good steel.

I would get the Civivi - only reason is because I have Kizer knives and I don't have a Civivi yet.

Im open to suggestions, just thought id spend a 1000 buck to get free shipping and then add a sharpener  :imaposer:  (dont want to go balls to the wall)

At the moment everything I own is either orange or OD green and I prefer to keep it that way.  I like the Civivi more but the green is out of stock at the moment.  So Kizer would be green and Civivi would be orange. . . .  :sip: (takes sip from orange glock mug)
Stroom op!

Elementum is a seriously lekker little knife, and weighs almost nothing. Perfect EDC.

Before you buy the Lansky, @johanp recently bought a very nice sharpener which was very affordable. I am not too big a fan of the Lansky.

That Psych Glide looks pretty cool.
I am always concerned with over complicated locking and release systems on EDC's that get hard and dirty work so I usually stay away from such.
@Dish you obviously love it as it's your most used. What is the maintenance/cleaning like of the mechanism ?

Hey Mox,

Maintenance and cleaning of the mechanism isn't too bad. I don't strip it but its clean and reasonably easy to get to the bits that need cleaning.
The mechanism is quite a tricky one initially but once you get the hang of it and with a bit of practice it becomes  second nature. If you get it wrong it can be a bit of a ballache, I wont lie. Enjoy the blade shape etc.
