Not yet but watching for something I may like.

Nick Shabazz has some reviews on a few of their knives.
Thanks, Sounds and looks like they fall somewhere between Kizer and Reate, which is a good thing.

Powdered Steel: Ever wondered how some of the higher end steels like CPM-S35VN and M390 are made for your knives?

Baie netjiese lem daai!

Baie dankie!

Hy front flip soos 'n masjien op daai ceramic bearings, op die thumb stud voel hy soos 'n assisted opening mes.

Baie mes vir die geld as jy na die fit en finish en die materiale wat gebruik is kyk.  :thumleft:

The little cleaver Ghato made me is hard at work in my kitchen. Chopping stuff for salads etc. Quite nice working with such a heavy blade. Just keep your fingers away. Took some skin off my thumb.

One knife I canít fault in the kitchen is the Opinel
So easy to sharpen, cheap enough to replace but a pure joy with itís thin sharp blade
The most practical in my opinion but that is just me
For hard work I have come to appreciate the Kershaw Leek, it holds an edge and it is dam tough and reliable but my firm favourite the Sitivien - canít recall but think it is the 102
Also the Sitivien cleaver - 101, 102 and 103 my favorites in tough everyday hard working conditions and I have changed my mind about D2 steel and abselutely trust and love it these days

I also have one of these Opinels in the kitchen and another one in my drawer at the office for slicing fruit and opening parcels. It's a very nice slicer but I do have one issue with it, the "lock-ring" that locks the blade in the open position moves while I'm using the knife allowing the blade to move while using the knife. It's not a deal breaker but it does irritate me. It is still a very nice slicer for very little money.
