My favorite knife. My favorite brand in my pocket. Mini Griptillian. I helped the aging of the pocket clip a little.
Looks pretty cool.

One of the best brands out there

Same here. I just got a No8  Inox (stainless) Opinel since the 7 is a tad small for my liking.
The stainless opposed to carbon is just as easy to sharpen and I am using a No9 in the kitchen.
I see their prices varies a lot here in Brits, some places wants R280 for a no 8 which I got at Trappers for only R200.
Think I need to get an extra No8 and put it away for one day in future.
I don't mess with the lansky sharpener on the Opinel's, have a good quality pull through megafter that works perfect.
Got a sharpening and honing side.

Damn!!! i am jealous. Is that the standard or the mini?

Would you cut biltong with it on a cutting board? Just wondering for application reasons and reasons for me to buy it.

Thanks, that's the standard in S35VN and titanium. I've got the Mini as well, but it's simply too small, they could easily have slotted a "medium" between those two.
It's a great biltong knife, my "cutting biltong on a cutting board knife" is actually very similar, I'll see if I can find a pic quickly.
