I am shopping around for a bike trailer and noting that the more affordable ones are often "without papers". Having made some progress on my 4x4 intercooler build I am contemplating building my own bike trailer. Has anyone gone through the exercise of registering a trailer from scratch? If so, where can I find the regulations for this and is this a prohibitively arduous process?
