Cane the bike for a couple of hundred kms over some well corrugated dirt with about one bar pressure in. Then,IF the tyre remains on, and the rim undamaged it might just work some flexibility and hopefully grip back in.

But only an absolute nutter with no money would try such a daft trick, wouldn't I?
