More advice on up grades please LED spots and panniers

Also looking to put a set of LED spots on the bike what’s available in SA need something very bright and gives a long beam

I also need to upgrade to some Aluminum panniers , looking at 35/40 LTr size , need a good seal and no plastic bits that will break any suggestions
