ICM. what are the cops like with loud pipes in the UK?

Well. We have cameras for speed and they implementing noise detectors too. Over the db reading and you will get a surprise in the post. If yr bike is excessively loud you probably would be stopped an get a talking to.  My mate has Vance an Hines pipes on his Harley an itís plenty loud but still passes MOT and is road legal

I have never been stopped by a cop here. Never see roadblocks  but if you misbehave or drive erratically there are unmarked cars that will stop you. And we have cameras. In my town there are 2. Seldom a mobile speed trap.

Me, any points on my licence an insurance goes up. Being a contractor I canít afford to lose my licence. I tend to play by the rules. Still take the odd chance but itís more carefully done

Got mine today. A 1200 sportster custom with 2300km on. 2009 model. Really neat. Lots of fun.

Done about 250 miles on my harley now in 5 days....beginning to enjoy it a lot...once you realise what it is and make peace with that its a hoot....
