Hey, no problem guys, and I am certainly no prude.  I can swear like a trooper, have plenty of other vices too, and have no saak with dirty jokes, as long as they are in context.  I just find posts like the one I pointed out, to be of absolutely no value, and actually made me feel dirty and ashamed to be a man.  Quite honestly, I really cannot fathom why anyone would post such a comment, other than trying to show the world that he's some kind of hero.

Dwerg, thanks for the support.  It was a pleasure helping you out that time, and I would do it again for anyone, except, next time break down in Plett, as I have relocated

 not a hero at all
just wanna have fun , and ride ... and ....... ride

How could I have forgotten about @Mother.  He was an asset to this forum.  Always enjoyed his posts, riding Harleys in the US, trips with his very old dad on his Harley trike.

The more I think and read here the more guys I recall who have slipped away.  :-\

Hi there ....still around thank you
chat to Lem once in a while.....
Still riding .........although not so much on trips as i would like

I bought a juice business that supplies the hospitality industry in Cape Town after leaving Botswana.
But that has been challenging of note with firstly the water shortages then the electricity supply as well as all the negative publicity by locals to tourists
its been a bit of a shit show
now from March our legs have been taken out thanks to tourism shutdown world wide and we all know the story
so in the not so distant future i may have lots of time to spend on the forum again
Probably going to lose my business......thats another story for another time

My Dad is still around turned 83 last October and decided to retire from Biking ......we sold his trike
Im still doing the Harley thing and still have a Road King and an Ultra CVO......brand new ....which needs a new engine after 10800km......this is still at the dealer waiting for warranty replacement ...........this is another long story and i still get miff thinking about it...
Still love my Gs's last year June i bought the new 1250 GSA  i did a 4600km trip to Namibia in August.......maybe i will post on forum if get a chance
I post mostly on the wild dogs FB page  its easier to upload pictures there

Also have a personal page of my rides on all the bikes its called "Chris's Motorcycle Rides" if you want to hook up there

Had lots of things happen ....Dad moved back to Jhb...My wifes Dad passed ....also my daughters Mom passed and its been hard for her...done a bike ride up to support her...  things been wild the past few years

Guess we all got stuff to do and stuff happens

Good luck to others affected badly by this virus thing

Yes hopefully we all come out of it strong
Take care
Cheers
M

Lekker to hear from you again @Mother. Lots of news in that short post, life happens while we are busy with other things hey.

Post a few RRs when you get a chance. I always liked your pix and stories. Sorry to hear this lockdown thing has whacked you on the ear too. Hope you get through relatively unscathed. Or at least alive. Thanks for the update.

Omtrent so 60, dalk net-net ouer.
Ons praat nou van Klein Bun.
Dis net hy. Jare gelede in 'n erstige ongeluk gewees op 'n GS by daai Technopark kruising buite Stellies. Reggekom.

Daai ou was slim, berese en belese.
