Dawn, Ghana coast

Takoradi?

Remember having some brill octopus at lunch time there (ca. 1996).

Cant recall if what there or Cape Coast, but I think Takoradi. I was on my way back from Tarkwa, upper east, Bole and Wa. I stayed at that hotel on the shore as I hadnt slept in a bed in 3 weeks. Just tents.

It was full of whores.

Africa Beach Hotel?

Then this must look familiar to you:

Carrying around piles of Cedis to do anything, like buying fuel. One time up north there was no diesel available so i just put in kersosene fro the helicopter from the drums that were on the back of teh bakkie LOL!

Notice how in SA now you also only carry around R100 notes, and hardly ever have small notes? Just like any other african country
