Morning Dogs,
I've discovered my intermediate exhaust flange is cracked all the way to the cylinder mating surface - have already had a mate who's a good welder look at it and it looks like its not possible to weld it.
KTM want R3.7k for a new one and I'm a bit reluctant to spend that kind of cash as I'm not sure how secure my employment status is at the moment.
Would appreciate any suggestions, ideas or feedback.
Part number is 54837001200 - number 4 in the illustrated parts catalogue
