Milk run JHB Soweto, Potch, Parys and back
« on: June 16, 2020, 08:28:18 am »
So 8 am the choice was go to work or go fetch essential Milk in Parys!
It was 3 degree but we "really " needed milk so Jorge and myself headed towards Soweto and made a pit stop for coffee on the N 12 just before the fun would start

The trip was about 400 km from the garage on the N12 next to Soweto of which about 80% was dirt which varied from nice open road to 2 spoor, a water crossing (hehe), nice winding roads next to the vaal on the dome road  to some rocky and hilly sections.

I have attached the GPS tracks files below the photos if anyone would like them.

I always enjoy riding next to the train tracks with the loose stones under your tires it gets you to pay attention to focusing on the ride!

Just as the fun started we hit traffic . MOOOOOO"se" traffic but we all need to make a living so we patiently waited for the traffic to pass .
