A woman visits the doctor as she has some abdominal pains and suspects she may be pregnant. After her examination, the doctor comes out to see her: “Well, I hope you like changing nappies/diapers”.

She replies: “Oh my god am I pregnant, am I pregnant!?”

To which he responds: “No, you’ve got bowel cancer.”

Doctor comes out to the waiting father-to-be, carrying the baby. As he gets to the dad the doctor drops the baby but breaks the fall with a drop-kick, sending the baby over the balcony rails. Doctor's like, "Oops, lol".

"What the fuck are you doing!? Oops?? LOL!??", exclaims the dad.

"I'm just fucking with you", the doctor says, "he was born dead."
