Glad that you are ok . I have learnt my lesson and always dress for the fall . I wear solid plastic body armour and have a extre back protector on my camelbak that's what saved me in my last fall .

You know, yes they're cheap but this is the second major crash I've had with spirit helmets and both times they performed perfectly

Man, that was a big hit Kortbroek!!

Glad you & the pig are okay. - Man that is a sweet ride you have there.

Take it easy for the next month or two - a concussion is no small thing. Agree with the other guys about the scan, just to be sure.

@Kortbroek, glad you are ok and not too serious injuries. How is the sheep doing?

PS: I have your RAM mount, drop me a PM when you are feeling better :thumleft:
In light of this thread the PS cracked me up.  :imaposer:With a proper RAM mount the sheep might have been more circumspect.

So turns out the only real damage to myself is two broken ribs and a few cracked. Luckily I have a thick skull so the head is fine.

I hope this thread inspires someone to dress for the fall. At times I got a bit blase about it and sometimes downright irritated with the massive dress up for every ride. Was worth it.

Hectic, bly jy is ok!

I get more nervous with goats, sheep seem to stick to their lane, Goats are mofo's.
Klapped one in DeWildt a few years ago on my dirtbike. It literally heard me coming, then waited, then jumped into the road and connected my left hand guard.
I stayed on and he went spinning   :laughing4:

Had to stop and talk to the locals about cost/damages, with this dumb goat lying in the road, but then it got up and walked away. So off I went  :ricky:
