After scouting about a bit at the "dead end" to see if there's any obvious place the road goes, we turned around and headed back to the Popallin farm again. On top of a rocky koppie we found an incredible lookout point equipped with some lapa facilities, looks like an awesome hangout! I was tempted to fetch the tent and camp right up there.

Very interesting and fun-looking "roads", but definitely small bike territory! Thanks for showing as these beautiful spots, since being on the opposite end of the country, it's probably not a place I'll get to see in real life.
Well done, great RR of a great ride. It looks like an awesome "untouched" area but all that sand scares the cr@p out of me (and my GS).I cant wait for the next epic RR
And haha, sand is fine, as long as you are on the right bike! The KTM 500s have truly opened up a new world of adv riding for us! Suddenly all the really "extreme" stuff is actually quite enjoyable
