Long story short.... waiting in Clanwilliam for the wife and a trailer.
On a weekend trip up the west coast I had to meet up with the boys in Nuwerus for the adventure to start.
Stopping every 60km to have a break as I havent done long trips on the X and it ate away at my ass... 10km outside Clanwilliam I had loss of power
, and the bike wouldnt start again.
Luckily there was a bit of a downhill to get it going again, engine was noisy although there was oil.
Comes from the top of the motor so suspect miiiiight be the cam that snapped.
Will open it when I’m home to do a pre assessment, hopefully it is just that.
So if anybody knows of motor spares around, please let me know
