Want to come ride a little bike?

That will be good on the finger and hard on the body.
Sounds brilliant.
Lets do it.

Doing a little "technical" DS ride early tomorrow morning with MajorTom - he isn't spending enough time on the DRZ, and needs to be reminded of how good it is >:D

I am however keen on a long De Wildt plastic ride - any plans?

Husky TE610 - (Sold)
KDX 200 #C258 - (Sold)
YZ250 2t (on it's way to OZ!!!)
Montesa Cota 315R (Sold)
The Roof - a strenuous hike the through the mountains of Lesotho with a 100kg backpack.  As acid rain falls on the leaves, And Mother Earth quietly grieves, These blasted pollutants Will make us all mutants, And our kids will wear coats with three sleeves.

Saw in latest EnduroWorld that KTM is offering some demo rides on their enduro bikes at Sambok this weekend (Sat and sun) and next, and that could be fun. Think I will go sunday morning test drive some oranges to see if they are lemons, or better than my lime.  Anyone else interested?

Plastics ride at Maraisburg tomorrow morning at 8. Meet at the Garage, and do the enduro loop. Be back at the Garage by 12. See you there.
Loving the journey!

Re the ktm test ride. Was last weekend and this weekend. Really cool track, they've set up in the middle, so need 2 get there. Really cool tight track mx style. Fell in love with the exc 250.

Not a ride report, but just a quick note to thank the Guys and Twiggy (one of the guys) who joined the Maraisburg ride. It was a goodie, and nice and challenging. Tried my best, but could not shake off Twiggy. She just hangs in there, and is riding like a champ!

I would like to get a Plastic ride in for next weekend (20th Sept) at De Wildt.  I would like to do an intermediate to experienced ride.
We meet at the Factory in Ga Rankuwa around 7am to start riding at 7:30am.  If there is any of you who would like to join, let me know.

We will be doing rocks and rocks
Wet river beds
1 or two mud holes
maybe 3 fences
and maybe one or two other sections.

AMX, next weekend is EWXC#4, so I can't make it, but I am dead keen on a long technical De Wildt ride - you can't move it to some time the following weekend, given that it is a long weekend?
