Hey,
I've got a CRF that was stolen and then recovered a couple of months later. The bike was street legal but now needs a police clearance before I would be able to get a new licence for it. To pass a police clearance it would need a new frame number stamped as the existing one has been tampered with. And of course the police clearance is a PITA.
Can I sell the bike for off road only use? For off road only use would I still need to hand over the registration document and do a change of ownership? Would that even be possible?
What's the best way to move it off my name and get some of my money back?
