Howzit guys? I recently bought a 2011 690.
The Akro silencer has some play in it, It’s loose. On inspection it seems the carbon clamp around the canister is just not clamping tight enough. I enquired at KTM to ascertain if there is a rubber or something missing and the parts guy, who used to work at Akro, tells me this is how it comes new, no rubber. He says it’s a common problem.
Anyone know of a fix?
